Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the schedule of the Indian Economic Service/ Indian Statistical Service Examination 2021. The UPSC IES/ISS exam 2021 will be held on 16, 17 and 18-07-2021. The paper will be held in two shifts. The morning shift will be held from 9 am to 12 noon, and the afternoon shift from 2- 5 pm. Written examination carrying a maximum of 1000 marks. All other papers of the Indian Economic Service will be of subjective type. The papers on General English and General Studies, common to both Indian Economic Service and Indian Statistical Service will be of subjective type. All questions papers must be answered in English. There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked by candidates. Those who clear the written part will be called for viva voice for 200 marks.
e-Admission Certificate is expected to be released three weeks before the commencement of the examination. Candidates can download the Admit card by using their credentials to enter the exam.
