Bihar Judicial Services Preliminary Exam Date Postponed, Check New Dates

Bihar Judicial Services Preliminary Exam 2018 has been postponed by the Bihar Public Service Commission. The exam will now be conducted on November 27 and 28 in the second session. Earlier the exam was supposed to conduct on 25th November 2018.

The Commission has postponed the exam due to indispensable reasons and the detailed exam schedule will be released later. BPSC had begun the online application process on September 11 and concluded it on October 12, 2018.

Bihar Judicial Services Examination 2018 Detailed Notification

The Preliminary Exam will be OMR based and the questions will be objective in nature. There will be two papers in the prelims exam namely General Studies and Law. The General Studies paper will carry 100 marks and the Law paper will carry 150 marks. The BJS Preliminary Exam 2018 will cover the following topics:-

  • General Knowledge including Current Affairs
  • Elementary General Science
  • Law of Evidence & Procedure
  • Constitutional & Administrative Law of India
  • Hindu Law & Mohammedan Law
  • Law of Transfer of Property and Principles of Equity including Law of Trusts and Specific Relief
  • Law of Contracts & Torts
  • Commercial Law

Candidates qualified in the Preliminary examination will be called for Bihar Judicial Services Main Examination. The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the Main Examination and Interview. Check Other Sarkari Exam.
