Age Limit:- 20-27 years. Age relaxation for MBC/OBC/EBC/BCM/ST – 03 years, SC/ST – 05 years, Meritorious sports person – 05 years (in respect of reserved applicants, over and above the admissible relaxation of 5 year for SC and 3 year for MBC/OBC/EBC /BCM/BT) and In-service-Up to 40 years in accordance with the orders or instructions issued by the Central Government.
Qualification:- (i) Matriculation/ S.S.L.C. (10th Class) with Science and Mathematics of a recognized Board (ii) ITI Certificate in Radio/ Electronic Telecommunication from a recognized institution.

Pay Scale:- Rs.5200-20,200 + Grade Pay Rs.2400
Age Limit:- 18-30 years. Age relaxation for MBC/OBC/EBC/BCM/ST – 03 years, SC/ST – 05 years, Meritorious sports person – 05 years (in respect of reserved applicants, over and above the admissible relaxation of 5 year for SC and 3 year for MBC/OBC/EBC /BCM/BT) and In-service-Up to 40 years in accordance with the orders or instructions issued by the Central Government.
Qualification and Experience:- (i) Must have passed H.S.C. (+2) or its equivalent from a recognized Board/ University. (ii) Should have minimum 3 years experience in seafaring.
