Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts Clerical Exam every year for the recruitment of personnel in the Clerical cadre in participating Public Sector Banks. This year, IBPS has released the notification of the exam for 12075 clerk vacancies. The online application will start from 17th September and will conclude on 9th October 2019.

IBPS Clerical Exam Eligibility Criteria 2019
Before applying for the exam, candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria of the exam. Here we have given detailed eligibility criteria for IBPS (CRP Clerks-IX) Exam:-
Educational Qualification | Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. |
Age Limit | Candidates having age between 20 to 28 are eligible to apply for the exam. Age relaxation is given to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per the government rules. |
IBPS Clerical Cadre Exam Pattern and Syllabus 2019
The IBPS (CRP Clerks-IX) Exam will be conducted in two stages, namely Online Preliminary Examination and Online Main Examination. The IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern is given below:-

Candidates have to qualify in each test by securing cut-off marks. Qualified candidates will be called for Online Main Exam.

Those who clear the Main Exam are shortlisted for the provisional allotment process to one of the participating banks. Marks obtained in Preliminary Exam will not be considered for shortlisting. The total marks for Main Exam are 200. Marks will be converted out of 100 for provisional allotment. The candidates are allotted banks on the basis of vacancies in their preferred banks and merit.
There will be a penalty for wrong answers in Preliminary and Main Exams. For each question for which a wrong answer is marked, 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty. If no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

IBPS Clerk Exam Admit Card 2019
IBPS will release Clerk Pre Exam Admit Card in November 2019 and Main Exam Admit Card in January 2020. So stay tuned with IBPS Admit Cards page to download IBPS Clerk Exam Admit Card. The candidates whose applications will be approved by the institute will able to download the admit card from this page. The admit card should be carried at the time of the exam along with original identity proof and its copy.
