HPPSC HPAS Main Exam Admit Card Released

Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has released the admit card of the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service Combined Competitive (Main) Written Examination-2020. The admit card is available from 07-12-2021 for download. The Main Exam will be conducted from 15-12-2021 to 21-12-2021 (except 20-12-2021) at Shimla as per time table given below:-

The number of candidates to be called for the viva-voce test after the Main written examination by the Commission shall be at its discretion on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Main written examination only.

HPPSC Administrative Combined Competitive (Main) Written Examination-2019 Details:-

Himachal Pradesh Administrative Combined Competitive (Main) Written Examination-2019 will be conducted on 01-12-2020 to 07-12-2020 (09:00 A.M to 05:00 P.M) at Dharamshala and Shimla. The Call Letter Link will be open on the Official Website. Applicants are also advised for early download to avoid last moment network congestion. The admit card displace the candidate’s names, Roll Number, the centre of examination and important instructions. Check the exam details:-

Any candidate declared COVID+ve or is under Home quarantine due to contact with any COVID+Ve person must inform the Commission upto 27-11-2020 through e-mail at [email protected].

How to Download HPAS Main Exam-2019 Admit Card

(i) Open the official website of HPPSC:- www.hppsc.hp.gov.in
(ii) On the HPPSC Home page, you can find the What’s New section then choose the HPAS Main Exam-2019 notification and Click on.
(iii) When the link will be open, enter the Username and password and click on the login button.
(iv) Finally, the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Combined Competitive (Main) Written Examination-2019 Call Letter 2020 will be displayed on the screen.
(v) Download and Take a print of Administrative Combined Competitive (Main) Written Examination-2019 for future use.

Instructions to Candidates for HPAS Main Exam – 2019

(i) Candidates who have been declared qualified in Preliminary Examination can attend the Main Written Examination.
(ii) The candidate shall not bring any loose paper, books, notes, programmable calculators, slide rules, carry pager, mobile phone or any other type of gadget/ electronic device into the examination hall/ room.
(iii) The candidates are advised to bring following documents on the first day of main written examination (01- 12-2020)

• Copy of ORA
• Matric certificate (for age Proof)
• DMC/Degree of Graduation
• SC/ST/OBC Certificates (on the parental basis)
• EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Certificate and also non-SC/ST/OBC certificates. If a BPL candidate applies for the posts reserved for EWS category he/she shall have to submit the valid BPL certificate countersigned by the Block Development Officer.
• WFF certificate
• NOC (if regular service)
• Discharge certificates (for ex-servicemen candidate)

(iv) Candidates are advised to download the Arogya Setu App.
(v) The candidates are advised to reach at the venue 01 hours before the start of the examination.
(vi) The candidate shall enter the examination Hall / Room 20 minutes before the scheduled time of the Examination. The Question- Cum-Answer Booklet / Answer Booklet will be supplied to him/her 03/10 minutes before the actual time of the paper.
(vii) While going to the toilet the candidate should turn his/her Answer Book / Question- Cum-Answer Booklet upside down.
(viii) No candidate will be allowed/ entertained to appear in the Examination without his/ her e- admit card with photograph.
(ix) No T. A/ D.A will be paid for appearing in the Competitive Examination.
