Eligibility Criteria for CSIR Exams – Apply Online
Bachelor’s degree candidates, Master’s degree candidates, Ph.D, M.Sc, B.Pharma candidates with at least 60% marks, 55% marks, 50% marks respectively, Sc-E(Medical), Sc-D(Medical), Sc-D(Veterinary), Professor, Assistant Professor and Associate Professor are applied for the positions. The lower grade positions are selected based on a written examination and interview or just interview, based on the position. The applications for low-grade positions can be sent as prescribed in the job advertisement. The candidates have to send the application, copies of all relevant documents and photographs to the address specified in the job advertisements. CSIR NET:- Council of Scientific and Industrial Research has entrusted the responsibility of conducting Joint CSIR-UGC NET in CBT mode to NTA. Joint CSIRUGC NET is a test being conducted to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for Lectureship (LS)/ Assistant Professor in Indian universities and colleges. Online applications for JRF/ NET are invited twice a year through Press Notification of Joint CSIR-UGC NET for JRF and LS/AP. The selection of the candidtaes is based on the computer-based examination (CBT).
