OPSC Exams – OPSC Recruitment – New PSC Job Notifications
Every year, Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) conducts exams at the state level to recruit eligible candidates for Group A, Group B and Civil Judge Posts in various services of the Odisha Government. It conducts competitive exams and viva voce test for the recruitment of the candidates. OPSC conducts 2 exams every year i.e. Odisha Civil Services Exam and Odisha Judicial Services Exam.

Job Opportunities through OPSC Exams – Eligibility Criteria – Educational Qualification
OPSC Odisha Civil Services Exam:- Odisha Civil services Exam is conducted by OPSC for the recruitment to the Group A and Group B posts and services coming under the Odisha Civil Services. Fresh graduates can easily apply for this exam.
Educational Qualification – The educational qualification required for OPSC Civil services Exam is a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university. Apart from this, candidates must be able to read, write and speak Odia and have passed in Odia as a language in Middle School Exam or HSC or Class VII Exam or Middle English School Standard.
Age Limit – Candidates holding age between 21 – 32 years can apply for the exam. Age Relaxation is given to the candidates as per the rules.
OPSC Odisha Judicial Service Exam:- Odisha Judicial Service Exam is conducted every year by OPSC for the recruitment to the Civil Judges Posts in Odisha Judicial Services. Law Graduates can apply for this exam.
Educational Qualification – Candidates must be Graduate in Law from a recognized university or institution. A Superintendent or a Ministerial Officer in High Court or any subordinate court or an Assistant Law Officer or Translator of the Law Department of Govt. can also apply for the exam if he/ she is a law graduate.
Age Limit – Candidates holding age between 23 – 35 years can apply for the exam. Age Relaxation is given to the candidates as per the rules.
Application Process for OPSC Exams – Apply Online
Candidates can register for all the OPSC Exams through online mode only. They will be required to upload a scanned photograph, signature and Left Thumb Impression as per the format given in the respective advertisement. Application Fees need to be paid offline. Candidates are required to take a printout of online challan for payment of fee at any branch of SBI. Once the application process is done, a Unique Registration ID Number will be generated and displayed on the screen. Candidates are requested to note down the Registration ID Number. OPSC Exam Pattern – Selection Procedure – Latest Updates
The OPSC Exam Pattern consists of two exams i.e. Preliminary Examination and Main Examination. OPSC Preliminary Exam is objective in nature and OPSC Main Exam is objective and descriptive both in nature. After the Main Exam, Personality Test or Interview is conducted. The merit list of the selected candidates is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Main Examination and Interview.
