Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Interview schedule On the basis of the results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2020. The candidates have qualified for the Personality Test (Interview) for selection to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’). A total of 2,046 candidates have been shortlisted for a personality test. The Commission has decided to commence the Personality Tests (Interviews) of Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2020 from 26-04-2021 to 18-07-2021 (Forenoon at 09:00 hrs and Afternoon at 13:00 hrs). Personality Tests (Interviews) of these candidates will be held in the Office of the Union Public Service Commission at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069.
The e-Summon Letters of Personality Tests (Interviews) of the candidates will be made available shortly. No request for change in the date and time of the Personality Test (Interview) intimated to the candidates will ordinarily be entertained.
In COVID 19 pandemic situation, the Competent Authority has decided to reimburse the lowest ‘to’ and ‘fro’ airfare for travelling by Air India or any other private Airlines to the outstation candidates for attending interviews/ PT boards subject to the following condition.
(i) Opt for the cheapest flight ticket under economy class among the airlines operating in the concerned sector immediately after downloading the e-summon letter.
(ii) Book the air tickets either directly from the Airlines or through the travel agents authorized.
(iii) Air Tickets booked through Private travel agents will not be reimbursed.
(iv) The nearest airport will be determined on the basis of the address given by the candidates in their Detailed Application Forms (DAFs).
(v) Bring hard copies of Air Tickets showing the details of airfare along with a Boarding Pass for reimbursement.
(vi) Second/ Sleeper class train fare (Mail Express) will be reimbursed if the candidate performs their journey by Rail irrespective of Class in accordance with para 132 of the service rule.
