Rajasthan Police Constable Exam 2018 postponed, new dates revised soon

The ongoing examination of Rajasthan police constable scheduled from March 20 to March 31, 2018, has canceled due to various malpractices. As per the information was given to Special Operations Group (SOG) and district police cheating and other frauds came into light while examination.

The Rajasthan government had the plan to fill 5390 constable positions earlier. On the basis of complaints registered with authorities, the second leg of the exam is postponed now. The revised dates will be notified soon on the official website.

On Monday six people were arrested in this case. The SOG arrested as many as 21 accused of facilitating cheating during paper. Two more accused were arrested that cloned the thumbprints of candidates and sent proxies to write the exam.

As per the statement was given by ADG (SOG) Umesh Mishra, three accused including centre director arrested in a separate cheating racket. It was brought to notice that candidates used some oil to make false thumbprints and managed to cheat biometric attendance system.
