HPPSC Lecturer Evaluation of Documents Schedule Released

Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has released the schedule of evaluation of documents for recruitment to the posts of Lecturer (School-New) Political Science, Class-III (Non-Gazetted) in the Department of Higher Education, H.P. Written Objective Type Examination was held on 14-03-2020 and the result of the written test was declared on 08-03-2021. Now, Evaluation of documents has been scheduled on 22-03-2021 to 19-04-2021 (except 28-03-2021, 29-03-2021, 02-04-2021, 04-04-2021, 10-04-2021, 11-04-2021, 14-04-2021, 15-04-2021 and 18-04-2021) at 9.00 A.M onwards in the Commission’s office. All such candidates who have to appear for the Document Verification round for the Lecturer post (English Subject) can check the Document Verification schedule and other details from the given link.

List of the originals certificates along with attested copies:-

  • Matriculation Certificate and 10+2 certificate
  • Bonafide Himachali certificate issued by the competent authority.
  • Master’s Degree/ Provisional Degree/ Result-cum-Detailed Marks Certificate of all Semesters/ Consolidated Marks Sheet in the subject concerned from a recognized University (with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate) or its equivalent.
  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) as a professional qualification from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 50% marks. OR Two year’s Integrated M.Sc. Ed. Course or an equivalent course from a recognized University.
  • SC/ ST certificate
  • Latest/ valid OBC Certificate
  • Latest/ valid Income and Asset Certificate
  • BPL Certificate
  • WFF certificate
  • Character certificate
  • No objection certificate
  • Any other certificates of your academic qualifications and experience etc.

Instructions to candidates for evaluation along with the evaluation sheet will be uploaded on the Commission’s website and call letters for evaluation of documents will also be uploaded against User IDs of concerned candidates in due course of time. No call letters will be sent by post.
