Goa Police has released the notification of the Physical Measurements Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) who have applied to the posts of Police Constable (Male and Female). PET and PMT will commence from 16-06-2021. Candidates can check the date, time and venue mentioned on the Call Letter to attend the PET and PMT.
Physical Measurements Test (Male candidate):-
(i) Minimum height of 168 cms
(ii) Chest – Unexpanded – 80 cms. and expanded – 85 cms.
Physical Efficiency Test (Male candidate):-
Should undergo Physical Efficiency Test which will carry no marks but will be qualifying for further tests, as follows:-
(i) 100 metres Run in 14 seconds.
(ii) Long Jump – 4.2 metres (3 chances)
(iii) High Jump – 1.3 metres (3 chances)
(iv) 800 metres Run in 2 minutes 50 seconds.
Physical Measurements Test (Female candidate):-
(i) Minimum height of 157 cms
(ii) Weight not less than 42kss.
Physical Efficiency Test (Female candidate):-
Should undergo Physical Efficiency Test which will carry no marks but will be qualifying for further tests, as follows:-
(i) 100 metres Run in 18.5 seconds.
(ii) Long Jump – 3.1 metres (3 chances)
(iii) High Jump – 0.9 metres (3 chances)
(iv) 400 metres Run in 1 minutes 40 seconds.
The candidates who qualify in the document verification, Physical Measurements Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be subjected to Written Examination. The Written Examination shall be of 100 marks and 2 hours duration. The final selection of the candidates will be on the basis of the merit in the Written Examination, in the respective category.
