Central Selection Board of Constable, Bihar has canceled the recruitment for Bihar Constable and Fireman for which the advertisement was released in May 2018. The CSBC had notified the advertisement for total 11,865 posts, out of which 9900 were for Constable in Bihar Police and 1965 posts were for Fireman in Bihar Fire Services.

The Board has announced on the official website that the advertisement 02/2018 dated May 25, 2018, or the Constable and Fireman Recruitment has been canceled. The written exam for the above said recruitment was scheduled to be held on 25th November in two shifts and on 2nd December in one shift. The admit cards were also released by the board.
CSBC has not given any reason for cancelation of the Bihar Fireman and Constable recruitment. The notice stated that the further information regarding the candidates applied against this advertisement will be given later.
