Job Opportunities through MPSC Exams – Eligibility Criteria

Maharashtra Engineering Services Exam:- This exam is conducted by Maharashtra PSC to recruit candidates for the posts of Assistant Executive Engineer, Assistant Engineer, Sub Divisional Watershed Architecture and Watershed Officer Architecture in Watershed Department, Public Works Department and Soil and Watershed Department. The educational qualification required for this exam is an Engineering Degree from any recognized university.

Maharashtra Group-C Services Exam:- This exam is conducted by MPSC to recruit candidates for the posts of Sub Inspector, Tax Assistant and Clerk-Typist in the Home Department, Finance Department and General Administration Department. The educational qualification required for this exam is a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university.

Maharashtra State Services Exam:- This exam is conducted by Maharashtra PSC to recruit candidates for various posts such as Deputy Collector, Assistant State Tax Commissioner, Assistant Director, Deputy Director of Industry, etc in the state services. The educational qualification required for this exam varies from position to position.

Maharashtra Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Exam:- This exam is conducted by MPSC to recruit candidates for the posts of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate. The educational qualification required for this exam is a Law Degree from any recognized university.

Application Process for Maharashtra PSC Exams – Apply Online

Candidates can register for all the MPSC Exams through online mode only. They will be required to upload a scanned photograph and signature as per the format given in the respective advertisement. Application Fees can be paid offline or online. In case of Offline fees submission, candidates are required to take a printout of online challan for payment of fee at any branch of SBI. Once the application process is done, a Unique Registration ID Number will be generated and displayed on the screen. Candidates are requested to note down the Registration ID Number. MPSC Exam Pattern – Selection Procedure – Latest Updates

The Maharashtra PSC Exams consist of three stages i.e. Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Viva Voce. MPSC Preliminary Exam and Main Exam are objective in nature. After the Main Exam, Viva Voce or Interview is conducted. The merit list of the selected candidates is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Main Examination and Viva Voce.
