Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Exam – Eligibility Criteria
Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission conducts Combined Competitive Exam to recruit the candidates in the Junior Scale of J&K Administrative Service, J&K Police Service, and J&K Accounts Service.
Eligibility Criteria:- Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree if they want to apply for the exam. Persons whose final exam for a degree have been held and the results are yet to be declared are also allowed to appear for the exam. For J&K Police Service, the candidates should possess some physical standards also.
Age Limit:- Candidates having age between 21 to 32 Years are eligible to apply for this exam. Age relaxation will be given to the candidates as per rules.
Application Process for JKPSC Exams – Apply Online
Candidates can apply for all the JKPSC Exams through online mode only. Application Fees also need to be paid online. Once the application process is done, a Unique Registration ID Number will be generated and displayed on the screen. Candidates are requested to note down the Registration ID Number. JKPSC Exam Pattern – Selection Procedure – Latest Updates
The Combined Competitive Exam will consist of two stages namely Preliminary Exam and Main Exam. The Preliminary Exam will be objective in nature. Candidates qualified in Prelims Exam will be eligible for Main Exam. The Main Exam will comprise of written exam and personality test (interview). Written Exam will be descriptive in nature. Candidates who obtain minimum qualifying marks in the written exam will be called for an interview. Candidates can check their results at the JKPSC Results page as soon as they are released.
