Job Opportunities through GPSC Exams – Eligibility Criteria
Gujarat Administrative, Civil and Municipal Chief Officer Services Exam:- This exam is conducted by Gujarat PSC to recruit the eligible candidates in the General Administrative Department on various posts such as Deputy Collector, District Registrar, Superintendent, Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Director, Section Officer, etc.
Eligibility Criteria – Any Graduate candidate can apply for this exam. Candidates having age between 20 to 35 Years are eligible. Age Relaxation will be given to the candidates as per the rules.
Gujarat Engineering Service Exam:- This exam is conducted every year by GPSC for the recruitment of the Executive Engineer and Deputy Executive Engineer posts in the Road and Buildings Department.
Eligibility Criteria – Candidates must have B.E (Civil) or B.Tech (Civil) Degree to apply for this exam. Apart from this, they should have adequate knowledge of Computer Application and Gujarati or Hindi or both. Candidates having age between 20 to 35 Years are eligible. Application Process for GPSC Exams – Apply Online
Candidates can register for all the GPSC Exams through online mode only. They will be required to upload a scanned photograph and signature as per the format given in the respective advertisement. Application Fees also need to be paid online. Once the application process is done, a Unique Registration ID Number will be generated and displayed on the screen. GPSC Exam Pattern – Selection Procedure – Latest Updates
The Gujarat PSC Exams consist of three stages i.e. Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview. GPSC Preliminary Exam is objective in nature and GPSC Main Exam is descriptive in nature. After the Main Exam, Personal Interview is conducted. The merit list of the selected candidates is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Main Examination and Interview. Candidates can check their results at the Gujarat PSC Results page as soon as they are released.
