Job Opportunities through APSC Exams – Eligibility Criteria
Assam Combined Competitive Exam:- This exam is conducted by APSC for the recruitment of candidates in Civil Service, Land & Revenue Service, Police Service and for the posts of Superintendent, Assistant Employment Officer, Inspector, and Labour.
Eligibility Criteria – The educational qualification required for the Assam Combined Competitive Exam is a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university. Candidates holding age between 21 – 38 years can apply for the exam. Age Relaxation is given to the candidates as per the rules.
Assam Finance Service Exam:- This exam is conducted every year by APSC for the recruitment of Finance & Accounts Officer/ Treasury Officer in Assam Finance Service.
Eligibility Criteria – Candidates must have a Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce of a University recognized by the state government. Candidates holding age between 21 – 38 years can apply for the exam. Age Relaxation is given to the candidates as per the rules.
Application Process for APSC Exams – Apply Online
Candidates can apply for all the APSC Exams through offline mode only. They have to download the application form first and then fill the form. The duly filled in application form with the requisite documents should be sent to the address given. Application Fees also need to be paid offline. APSC Exam Pattern – Selection Procedure – Latest Updates
The Assam Combined Competitive Exam consists of three stages namely Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview Test while the Assam Finance Service Exam consists of two stages namely Written Exam and Viva Voce Test. In the case of the Assam Combined Competitive Exam, the merit list of the selected candidates is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Main Examination and Interview.
